Found myself feeling unchallenged and bored after sketching Pennywise so I switched to using acrylic paint to sketch out the remaining monsters. Started with just black and white but then moved to full colour. Some are more successful than others.
Only 1 Monster a day this year as I was also working on a 13 bust collection of horror versions of Breakfast cereals (built around the initial creation of the Count Chocoula, Franken Berry and Boo Berry busts). Unfortunately that project was abandoned despite purchasing all the base latex masks. The conceptual sketchbook can be found here.
